These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for the use of the DogBase website and services.
1. Services Provided
DogBase provides professional dog training and canine behavioural consultations in Navan, Co. Meath, and surrounding local areas.
DogBase focuses on individual one-to-one training, with sessions tailored to the dog, the owner and the situations they deal with in everyday life. If a case requires veterinary input or specialist support beyond my scope, I will say so clearly and recommend the most appropriate next step.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
- Sessions must be booked in advance.
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
3. Owner Responsibility
- The owner must provide accurate and relevant information about the dog’s behaviour, health and known risks.
- The owner remains legally responsible for the dog during training and consultations.
- Results depend on the dog, environment, consistency and practice between sessions; no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, DogBase owns or lawfully uses the original material, text and images published on the website. Commercial republication or distribution requires permission except where permitted by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, DogBase is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of website information or training services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
